By accessing or using 4SEO.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

4SEO.ai provides AI-powered SEO automation tools, including analysis of Google Search Console data and automated content recommendations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. API Usage & GitHub Integration

Our service integrates with the Google Search Console API and the GitHub API to automate SEO optimizations. By using these features, you agree to the respective platform Terms of Service.

GitHub App Security Model

When you connect 4SEO.ai to your GitHub repository via our official GitHub App, we operate under a strict Principle of Least Privilege:

  • No Permanent Passwords: We do not ask for or store your personal GitHub password or standard personal access tokens. We use temporary, short-lived Installation Access Tokens generated dynamically per session.
  • Minimum Scopes: We request only the absolute minimum permissions required to perform our service safely. Specifically: Read-only access to repository metadata/contents, and Write access to Pull Requests.
  • Isolated Modifications: 4SEO.ai will never commit directly to your main or production branches. All recommended changes are submitted via isolated Pull Requests for your manual review, approval, and merge.
  • Code Protection: We do not permanently store your proprietary source code on our servers, nor do we use your private data to train external public AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4SEO.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes updates to this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 4SEO.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
